Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PangOffice TaskHub (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts & workspaces

You must provide an accurate email address and verify it to activate your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API tokens, and for all activity under your account. A workspace owner (admin) is responsible for the members they invite and the data stored in their workspace.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access data belonging to other workspaces, probing or disrupting the Service, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using the Service to send spam or malware. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the projects, tasks, documents, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Your Content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you store.

4. API & automation

The Service offers an API and agent integrations. API tokens act within a single workspace and carry the role of their owner. You are responsible for the actions taken by any agent or script you authorise with a token.

5. Plans & billing

Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan limits (such as number of projects or members) may apply. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, Your Content may be deleted.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.
